John is a financial advisor with a fiduciary focus, author, and speaker having spent more than 25 years helping people make confident decisions about retirement and major financial transitions. He specializes in guiding clients through lump-sum investments, including 401(k) and IRA rollover options, settlements, and inheritances. After beginning his career at Merrill Lynch, John opened his own independent practice in Cumming, Georgia, in 2015, supported by LPL Financial.

As a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) and former United States Army officer, John brings discipline, perspective, and a deep sense of responsibility to the families he serves. He lives in Dahlonega, Georgia, with his family—where his ancestors first settled in 1851—and values building long-term relationships rooted in trust, clarity, and purpose.
